EMP charged? You mean electrically powered, right? So then that would mean either the bullets are electrically activated or magnetically propelled via dual rails or a series of coils, potentially making it really powerful, efficient and effective. Either one of the three would work since the realtime environment data could be used to automatically adjust the shot for any weather conditions.
    On a more relevant note, the trifocal lenses on the scope are kinda... redundant, and so's that handle at the back (unless it's a carry handle, despite it being awkward as Hell). But the decals are really really nice, especially that WiFi connection sign under the scope; it adds a little... I dunno, human element to it, which most 3d model guns I've seen don't have. Lastly, it would look kinda awkward to use since you'd be laying down and resting the barrel on the bipod, so your hand would be right behind your trigger hand and it doesn't look comfortable to keep there.
